The shipping-free total amount will only be visible at the end of checkout process. Please note that the delivery companies we use such as UPS and FedEx may be experiencing some local service delays – you’ll normally be emailed tracking information when your order ships that will allow you to monitor progress of your order.
Special note for our Canadian customers:
Our Canadian friends and partners at Caversham Booksellers and Login Canada are also offering free shipping within Canada. We advise you to order from them to pay in Canadian dollars, get free shipping, and avoid any possible cross-border delays.
Alternatively, if you are aware that delivery services are disrupted in your location, you could always try the e-book edition, which you’ll be able to read within minutes (if not seconds …)
